With just 5 easy steps you can capture selected frames of Macromedia Flash or Video file and save them to GIF, or create AVI file from SWF and WAV. Convert AVI to GIF:
1. [Open] the video file
2. Change output setting (before GIF recording!)
3. Click [Start GIF Recording] to begin converting. Or you can convert just a part of video: click [Play], wait... then [Start GIF Recording], wait... then [Stop GIF Recording]
4. When the convertion is finished click [Preview GIF] to see result
5. Click [Save GIF to File] to output animated GIF to hard drive.
