Product return policies are set individually by each of our product manufacturers. To return an electronically delivered product, please contact the software vendor and request a product return.

Products Delivered via Physical Shipment

Product return policies are set individually by each of our product manufacturers. To return an unopened product , please contact the software vendor and request a product return.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of unopened software, unless otherwise authorized by product manufacturers. All returns are subject to approval by our customer service department.
