AcceleDex - Standard Edition includes all the features you
need to begin building your document database. Import B&W or
Color .BMP, .JPG, and single page .TIF document image files from
your local hard drive or CD-ROM directly to this stand-alone system
for quick access and easy viewing of important documents.
• Batch Import with Repost Prevention: Insert a CD-ROM containing your important images and let AcceleDex - Standard Edition rapidly import and post only new images to the database. Or, using a local scanner, scan new documents to a folder on your hard drive and import/post from there. Repost Prevention ensures that only new documents are being import into the database.
• Three Post Methods: Choice of Barcode, Filename, or Manual Post
Method during Batch Import.
• Query Folders: Basic or Advanced Search
options gives user's the flexibility to search for
documents using 2 - 8 fields of criteria. Customize
the columns to be displayed and the order in which
they appear.
• Purge Bin: Maintain the size of your database
with the Purge Bin feature. Purge old or obsolete
documents based on specific criteria. Restore
previously purged records and associated
images, or permanently delete them. Purge Bin

Folder Search Results List to ensure user's are
clearly aware of the data being viewed.
• Barcode Recognition: SE Plus inlcudes the
licensing required to support High Speed
recognition of 17 different barcode standards
(limited to 2 barcodes per document, horizontal and
upside-down). Capable of automatically detecting
10 barcode standards.
• Set Zones: Define and set zones to greatly
increase the speed at which AcceleDex reads
barcodes into the database. Simply select the
area of your documents that you expect most
barcodes to appear and instruct AcceleDex to
look for barcodes only within the defined Zone.
