10-Strike Network Inventory Explorer allows them to maintain the inventory database of network computers. The
program allows easily finding network computers and adding them to the inventory database. You can view hardware and software configuration of network computers remotely, track and watch configuration changes, generate various reports.
10-Strike Network Inventory Explorer is installed on administrator's computer only, uses WMI technology for scanning hardware and software, and does not require any additional components
on users' computers.
10-Strike Network Inventory Explorer contains powerful report generator which allows creating hardware and software reports in various file formats for single computers or for a group of computers (which can be saved separately or in one common file). You can configure the groups of data to be included in the reports (custom templates are supported).
With 10-Strike Network Inventory Explorer's help you can:
- Find network computers and add them to the inventory database.
- View remote
computers' hardware configuration. Find out which processors are used in
network computers, how much memory is installed, who uses Flash drives
(iPods, etc.).
- View remote computers' software configuration. Get information
on installed software (including information on operating system type,
hotfixes, startup
programs).
- Track hardware and software changes on network computers.
View the inventory log, which registers configuration changes when computers
are re-scanned.
